SIZING
1.Do the Measurements indicated in your size chart refer to finished garment size or body size?
The sizes mentioned in the size chart indicate finished garment sizes and not body measurements.
2. What are the sizes you generally offer?
We generally offer from sizes XS to XXL.
3. Do you leave margins?
Yes, we do leave a margin of 1” on either side.
4. Do you customize sizes?
Yes, we do take up orders with minor customizations. However, it is subject to confirmation from us since we cannot promise. We will try our best to make it possible. Extra charges may be applicable, if any, shall be confirmed beforehand.
ORDERS
5. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have placed an order but not received an order confirmation email from us, please check your spam, promotions and all mails folders. If you are still unable to find, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram so that we may check on this.
6. Do you have any offers for first time customers?
Yes, we do offer a flat 10% discount to first time customers. You may use the code WELCOME10 to avail the offer.
7. I ordered the wrong size, could you please change it prior to order processing?
Yes, we would be happy to change the size if you make a request within 24 hours of placing your order with us. After this, it will be difficult for us to accommodate your request as the production would have commenced.
8. I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at our email at aanvimofficial@gmail.com and WhatsApp on 8240033191 within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund.
9. Do you have gift cards?
No, we do not have any gift card option for now.
PAYMENTS
10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD any orders for now.
11. Are you unable to make the payment to complete your purchase?
This issue may occur due to technical reasons like the bank being down, extended time lapse etc. We would recommend that you try again. If the issue persists, please write to us with the garments you’d like to purchase, your preferred size for each and the delivery pin code. Once we receive your request, we will send you a payment link to complete your purchase.
SHIPPING
12. How long do you take to dispatch the orders?
We usually dispatch the orders in 7-10 working days from the date of receiving an order since all our garments are made to order.
13. I want express delivery. Would that be possible?
We may take up express delivery requests from customers. We would suggest you write to us to check with us about the possibility of the same before placing your order with us as early deliveries are subject to immediate availability of fabric, production bandwidth etc.
14. How do I track my order?
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email and a message will be sent to you with the tracking details to track your order.
15. What is the cost for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India crossing on a minimum order value of Rs 2999.
16. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally as well.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
17. I want to return my order. How should I proceed?
No, we do not entertain return requests other than in cases where there has been any kind of error on our end or the product is incorrect / defective. Kindly note that such a request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
18. What is your exchange policy?
We offer size exchanges and store credit notes. We do not offer refunds. A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
19. Will any extra charges be applicable in case of exchange?
in case an exchange the return courier charges shall be borne by the customer.
20. What if I am unhappy with the fit or product after purchase?
You can return it for a size exchange or ask for a store credit note which you can use to purchase a different product within 6 months.
BRAND
21. Do you have a store?
No, we are an online brand and sell primarily through our website and social media handle. Currently, we do not have a retail store.
22. Where are you based?
We are based in Kolkata, India.
23. I sent an email but received no response.
We are truly apologetic if this happens with you. Our usual response time is 24 hours from when we receive a query. If we do not revert back within this time frame, it’s usually because the query requires us to check with our production team for advice or confirmation. Alternatively, being a small team, we might sometimes simply miss out on your email due to the increased numbers of queries received during that period. We would really appreciate a reminder if we do not get back to you in 2 working days. Please be assured that we are always here to help you.
