Refund Exchange Policy

At Aanivm we are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Kindly read through the following terms and conditions before making any purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • We do not provide any refund policy once the goods are sold.
  • Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • In case of a return, the amount will be refunded in the form of store credit with a validity of up to 6 months.
  • We have an exchange Policy within India in case of genuine quality or manufacturing fault.
  • Please note that for every product, exchange is possible only once.
  • No exchanges or returns for orders outside India
  • For exchanges, the cost of returning shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have any reverse pick-up facility), as any returning items that are not received by Aanvim will be treated as not returned.
  • Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are received by Aanvim.
  • The product has to be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving the product by the customer in the original condition –unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging only then it is eligible for an exchange.
  • The courier for exchange must have the customer’s name and contact info on the package.

All Items are eligible for exchange except the following:

  • Sale or Discounted Products
  • Customised Products

In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, you will need to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we shall credit you with the difference amount.

Once the product is received, within 2-3 days we will issue the store credit or dispatch the exchanged product (depending upon the inventory and availability of the newly selected product), if all conditions are met under quality check.

If the item requested for an exchange is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives or issue a store credit for the same. This process usually takes 7-12 business days.

INCOMPLETE / WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

We cannot provide refunds if we've been given a wrong or incomplete shipping address if there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package has been refused by the receiver.

COLOURS

We've made every effort to show the colors of the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, the color of the garment on every device can differ slightly which is not in our hands. We are not responsible for that and will not accept any Exchange, Refund or Cancellation over such a reason.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We cannot provide refunds if we've been given a wrong or incomplete shipping address if there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package has been refused by the receiver.
